Hi, I'm Tammy -
I started off my career in accounting after obtaining my degree in Commerce (Accounting) from UBC in 2000.
After obtaining my CPA (ME), I had kids and stopped work to raise my family. During this time, my baby had some terrible eczema and it was TCM that was able to solve the problem. I discovered a truly wonderful and magical rabbit hole that, instead of going back to work, lead me to pursue studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
I attended the Alberta College of Acupuncture and TCM and since graduating, I have had the pleasure of serving Calgarians for over 10 years as a practitioner, educator and volunteer acupuncturist.
My analytical and formula-based approach enables me to effectively treat a wide range of conditions. My special interests are pain (chronic and acute), migraines and digestive disorders.
Outside of clinic, I enjoy spending time with my kids and friends, cooking, knitting, delving into foundational TCM theories, and Chinese Metaphysics (CM).
